Vivekanandan Viralaanu: Makers drop the second look poster of Shine Tom Chacko’s social satire

In an exciting revelation for Malayalam cinema lovers, the highly awaited second look poster of Vivekanandan Viralaanu has been released. The poster showcases Shine Tom Chacko alongside key female characters. Directed by the acclaimed Kamal, the poster made its debut on social media platforms through Asif Ali, Dhyan Sreenivasan, Bhavana, and Anaswara Rajan.

The film, written and directed by Kamal, features a stellar cast including Shine Tom Chacko, Grace Antony, Swasika, Mereena Michael, Johnny Antony, Maala Parvathy, Manju Pillai, Neena Kurup, Aadya, Siddhartha Shiva, Sarath Sabha, Pramod Veliyanad, Josekutty, Remya Suresh, Niyaz Bakker, Sminu Sijo, Vineeth Thattil, and Anusha Mohan among others

Prakash Velayudhan's cinematography promises visual brilliance, complemented by the seamless editing skills of Ranjan Pramod. Adding depth to the movie's mood and emotion is the soulful music composed by Bijibal, accompanied by the poetic lyrics of BK Harinarayanan.

As per the creators, Vivekanandan Viralaanu is a socially impactful satire featuring Shine Tom in the role of Vivekanandan, a government employee. The storyline delves into his interactions with five women who enter his life at different junctures, leading to consequential events.

Indulal is the art director while Sameera Saneesh is this movie’s costume designer. Pandiyan has been roped in as the makeup artist, and Gireesh Kodungallur is taking the production controller’s seat. The chief associate director of Vivekanandan Viralaanu is Basheer Kanjangad whereas Gokul Das is the production designer.

On the work front

For the unversed, Kamal's prior directorial venture was the romantic drama film Pranaya Meenukalude Kadal, which despite positive reviews, faced challenges at the box office. The movie starred Vinayakan, Revathi, Sreedhanya, Dileesh Pothan, and others in pivotal roles. Meanwhile, Shine Tom Chacko was last seen in the comedy-drama film Dance Party directed by Sohan Seenulal. 

He further has films like Bazooka, Maharani, Dance Party, Chattuli and the Jr NTR-starrer Devara in his kitty.
