Kho Gaye Hum Kahan actor Adarsh Gourav lauds Zoya Akhtar for placing trust in self-made talents

Zoya Akhtar is the mind behind some fan-favourite movies -- Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, Dil Dhadakne Do and Gully Boy among others. Even though her latest directorial The Archies has not been well received by the audience, she is back with another film before the year ends- Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, starring Ananya Panday, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav. The movie will release on OTT on December 26 and Adarsh shared his experience of working with Zoya for the first time.

'Zoya is a dynamic director with an impeccable eye for talent'

Adarsh Gourav rose to fame after his commendable performance in The White Tiger. The actor shared his enthusiasm about working with Zoya, who has written the script of Kho Gaye Hum Kahan. He expressed gratitude to filmmakers like Zoya who place trust in self-made talents.

"I am incredibly grateful to producers and filmmakers like Zoya Akhtar, who believe in actors like me who have carved their own paths. Zoya is a dynamic director with an impeccable eye for talent, and I feel privileged to be a part of her much-awaited project, Kho Gaye Hum Kahan,” Adarsh shared.

The actor also said he finds himself lucky to be working and collaborating with such great minds and the fact that these makers recognised his work and have given him roles in their film and other projects. "Working with Zoya has been a fulfilling experience, and I am eager to share our collaboration with the audience. Kho Gaye Hum Kahan is a project close to our hearts" added Adarsh.

The actor's upcoming film Kho Gaye Hum Kahan is a story about three friends in their mid-20s navigating life in the world of social media. Set in Mumbai, this narrative of three friends is brought to life by the debutant director Arjun Varain Singh.
