Latest South Movies On OTT: Add Malayalam Titles Kondal, Level Cross To Your Watch List

New OTT releases for the week are here and fans are in for a treat. South movies Kondal and Level Cross are now streaming and should be on your watch list this coming week. Both movies did well at the box office upon their release sometime back. Now, they are streaming on digital, much to the delight of the fans. Interestingly, they are from completely different genres, stoking the curiosity of viewers even further.

Kondal

The Malayalam, sea-based film hit the big screens on the occasion of Pongal amid the #MeToo that engulfed Mollywood. It was anticipated that the film would be washed out due to the seriousness of sexual harassment allegations against popular Malayalam stars, but that did not happen. Now, Kondal is streaming on digital and can be enjoyed from the comfort of your home.   

Kondal follows the story of Manuel (Antony Varghese), a hot-headed yet well-intentioned man who finds himself aboard a boat with a group of fishermen on their routine sea expedition. As tensions rise and conflicts unfold, the film keeps viewers guessing about the underlying reasons behind the escalating confrontations. Kondal features an ensemble cast, including notable actors such as Shabeer Kallarakkal, Gauthami Nair, Nandu Madhav, Sarath Sabha, Jaya Kurup, Usha, Raj B Shetty and many others. It is streaming on Netflix.

Level Cross

Another Malayalam movie is now streaming on OTT. Level Cross starring Asif Ali and Amala Paul has debuted on Prime Video and should be on the watch list of viewers who like crime thrillers. It has many unexpected twists and turns and debutant Arfaz Ayub's masterful direction will keep you hooked.

The plot of the movie revolves around Raghu, who is living a remote and secluded life. One day a lady enters his life unexpectedly and the weird situations that happen in his life afterwards form the crux of the story.
