Oscar Winning Godzilla Minus One Finally Lands On OTT in India - When And Where To Watch

Oscar winning film Godzilla Minus One has finally arrived on OTT in India. After breaking box office records in US and Japan, the Takashi Yamazaki directorial is available for streaming in India in multiple languages. Fans of Kaiju were eagerly awaiting the release of Godzilla Minus One in India but it dis not release on the big screens here. However, it has now landed directly on OTT.

Godzilla Minus One made history earlier at the 96th Academy Awards by becoming the first film in the Godzilla franchise, which has been around for 70 years, to win an Oscar trophy. The film nabbed the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects, beating The Creator, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3, Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part 1 and Napoleon. Godzilla Minus One was made on a shoestring budget of $15 million and is the 37th movie in the franchise.  

Godzilla Minus One is streaming on Netflix in Japanese (original), Tamil, English, Hindi and several other languages.

Box office triumph of Godzilla Minus One

According to Forbes, Godzilla Minus One had a record-shattering run at the box office, becoming the highest-grossing live-action Japanese film ever released in the United States, as well as the third-highest grossing foreign language release in US history. It broke many other records, and is Toho Studio’s highest-grossing film in Godzilla franchise history.
