Squid Game became a global sensation when it first premiered on Netflix in 2021. Now, with second season around the corner, fans are eagerly waiting for the highly anticipated web series. A new promo featuring Gong Yoo has created a buzz among K-drama fans.

Squid Game 2 new clip features Gong Yoo

The teaser provides a glimpse into the life of Gong Yoo's character, revealing his luxurious home and his meticulous preparations for luring people to participate in Squid Games. The video further shows him packing a briefcase with a red envelope--an invitation to return to the infamous games--and a stack of cash. The setting shifts to the subway station where he was first introduced in Season 1, setting the stage for what’s to come.

Fans went gaga as soon as the new teaser of Squid Game 2 featuring Gong Yoo was dropped. One user wrote, “I was already excited for Christmas but this just made it even better”.
