The makers of Panchayat have finally dropped an update on the upcoming season 3 after a year-long gap. On Saturday, they shared the first look of the upcoming season, leaving fans with several questions. However, the release date is yet to be announced.

First look at Panchayat Season 3

The official Instagram page of Prime Video recently shared two photos from the sets of Panchayat Season 3. The first image shows Jitendra Kumar, who plays the role of Abhishek Tripathi, a Panchayat Secretary, riding a bike with bags strapped on his back. It's unclear whether Abhishek is leaving Phulera village or going on vacation.

In the next photo, you can see some popular characters named Banrakas (played by Durgesh Kumar), Vinod (played by Ashok Pathak), and Madhav (played by Bulloo Kumar). They are sitting together on a bench against a wall that reads, "Thokar lagti hai to dard hota hai, tabhi manushya seekh pata hai" (When you face failures, it might hurt, but that's when you learn).

Inside wrap-up bash of Panchayat Season 3 

Last month, Neena Gupta treated her Panchayat fans to a video announcing the wrap of season 3. In the series, she plays the key role of Manju Devi. The video also features her on-screen husband Raghubir Yadav. In the caption, she wrote, "Wrap up of the 3rd season of Panchayat!"

Meanwhile, Panchayat Season 2, which was released in 2022, won the Best Web Series (OTT) Award at the 54th edition of the International Film Festival of India (IFFI). This category was introduced this year and saw Panchayat 2 as the inaugural winner.
