Sai Pallavi Opens Up On Working In Biopic Amaran: Done It In My Own Way

Sivakarthikeyan's Amaran is creating a heavy buzz on the internet after the makers unveiled the teaser. Helmed by Rajkumar Periasamy, the film also stars Sai Pallavi in the lead role. Recently, the actress opened up about her experience in working in the film. 

Sai Pallavi shared details on working in Amaran

In a promotional event in Malaysia, ahead of Amaran’s release, Sai Pallavi shared how she managed to portray the character which is based on real life wife of a martyred army major. She said, “I haven't done any Biopic so far. Just owned the character and done it in my own way. I have been true to the emotions. I have interacted with Real Life Mukund's wife to understand the emotions and love.” She also said that she met the real life wife of Major Mukund, so as to understand the love and emotion in depth.

Earlier, the makers released the first look of Sai Pallavi as Indhu Rebecca Varghese. Fans showered  the actress with love for so much similarity with Indhu Varghese. One user wrote, “Get ready to fall in love with Sai Pallavi as the heart of Amaran in this upcoming film.” Another user wrote, “Cupid's arrow finds its mark as Sai Pallavi steals hearts in Amaran. All about Amaran

Amaran is a biographical action war film which is jointly produced by Raaj Kamal Films International and Sony Pictures Films India. In the movie, Sivakarthikeyan portrays the role of Major Mukund Varadarajan. It is an adaptation of the book series India's Most Fearless by Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh, which is based on Mukund Varadarajan. The movie also stars Sai Pallavi, Bhuvan Arora, Rahul Bose, Lallu, Hanun Bawra, Ajaey Naga Raaman, Mir Salman, Gaurav Venkatesh and Shreekumar.

Amaran has been bankrolled by Kamal Haasan, R. Mahendran, and Sony Pictures International Productions which will be released theatrically on October 31, 2024 in Tamil and Telugu languages.
