Mohsin Khan Heart Attack: Popularly known for his role as Kartik in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Mohsin, in a recent interview revealed that he suffered a minor heart attack last year. The actor opened up about his health issues and how he dealt with them bravely.

In an interview with Pinkvilla, Mohsin Khan shared that he was diagnosed with a fatty liver and suffered a mild heart attack. It had become quite serious and even hospitalised for a while. "Phir eljaz wagera hua. 2-3 hospital change kiye humne. But it is now controlled, mashallah. (We switched between 2-3 hospitals for treatment. But now, everything is under control)," he added.

When asked how he developed fatty liver, to this, he replied, "It's called non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. You can develop a fatty liver even without drinking alcohol. It just happens without you realizing it, maybe because our sleep patterns aren't right. That's what happened." Owing to his health condition, Mohsin shared that his immunity has become very weak and used to fall sick at intervals.

The actor had been on break for 2-and-half -years after exiting Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai in 2021. This year, he made an OTT debut with the show Jab Mila Tu, co-starring  Eisha Singh, Pratik Sehajpal and Alisha Chopra. The series follows when Maddy and Aneri find themselves sharing a home, things get chaotic. With Mint and Jigar joining the mix, their journey becomes a whirlwind of unpredictable adventures and camaraderie!  The show is currently streaming on JioCinema. Meanwhile, he is yet to announce his next project.
