KA Box Office Collection Day 1: The Telugu film was among the many releases on the big screens on Diwali - October 31. The Kiran Abbavaram starrer opened to largely positive word of mouth from the audience. The film's success is of special significance for Kiran Abbavaram, who is going through a string of flops. On the opening day, the movie has raked in a decent business.

KA features Kiran Abbavaram in the lead role alongside Nayan Sarika, and Tanvi Ram. The movie opened to a decent collection at the box office. Given the extended weekend, courtesy of Diwali, the movie is likely to register more growth in the coming weekend.

As per Sacnilk, the movie has minted ₹ 3.5 Cr on day 1. This has taken the film's total collection to a modest ₹ 3.8 Cr, including ₹ 0.3 Cr collected in previews. In order to establish substantial growth, KA will have to sustain competition from other releases such as Lucky Bashkar, Bagheera, and Amaran.

The film's success is especially vital to Kiran Abbavaram whose last film Rules Ranjann (2023) earned a dismal ₹30 Lakhs in a lifetime collection. His last few films have been unable to level a mark at the box office. At one of the film events, Kiran shared that he would "quit" films if KA failed at the ticket window.
