Ahead of it, makers held a pre-release event in Mumbai, where they talked about their movie and characters in detail. However, the highlight of the whole event was pregnant Deepika Padukone attending the event. The actress looked pretty in a black bodycon dress showing off her baby bump. When Big B and Prabhas rushed to help pregnant Deepika Padukone

Deepika is expecting her first child with actor and husband Ranveer Singh. So when the actress arrived on the stage showing off her cute baby bump, everyone just wanted to protect her. The actress entered the stage in a black dress. Seeing her, host Rana Daggubati teased the actress with a question, "You are still in character?" (Deepika is playing a pregnant woman in Kalki 2898 AD). On hearing this, the actress first laughed and replied, "Of course, the movie went on for three years, so I thought, why not for a few months more?”

Then Rana asked her to take a seat and was about to step down from the stage when Prabhas and Big B rushed to help her. Prabhas was close to the stage so he quickly reached and Deepika held his hand and swiftly walked down the stage. On seeing Prabhas helping the Tamasha actress, Big B playfully grabbed Prabhas and insisted that he also wanted to assist Deepika. This funny fight made everyone in the room burst out into laughter.

The couple, who got married in November 2018, is expecting their first child this September. They announced the news in February and since then, the actress has been giving all the new moms serious fashion goals.
