Game Changer Release Date: Ram Charan's political thriller directed by S Shankar has been in the news since its official announcement in 2022. It has been filming ever since, but it seems like there's more work pending on the project due to which it has been delayed once again.

A video was shared by Dil Raju on Sri Venkateswara Creations' official handle, announcing the official postponement of the film to 2025.

Game Changer pushed to 2025

Dil Raju said in the video that some post-production work on Game Changer is pending owing to which it will not make it to the big screens on Christmas this year, as expected. He announced the delay in the release of the film to 2025. It is expected that the Shankar directorial will now make its way to the cinema halls on Sankranthi next year. As a treat for the fans, some songs from the film and its teaser will be released before the end of 2024, the producer shared.

With Game Changer coming on Sankranthi, Chiranjeevi and Trisha starrer Vishwambhara stands delayed. Reports suggest the sci-fi spectacle will now release in May.

Dil Raju thanks Chiranjeevi for release date

Dil Raju said, “Initially, we planned to release the film for the Christmas season, but all our distributors, including North India, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, and Overseas, wanted the movie to be released during the Sankranti season. They felt Sankranthi would be the best period. I conveyed the same to Chiranjeevi Garu and UV Creations as they planned Vishwambhara for Sankranthi. Though it is also a big-ticket entertainer, Chiranjeevi Garu responded positively and gave way to our film.”

Dil Raju added, “Vishwambhara will be completed by December, including the post-production works. Yet they agreed to push the release date. I wholeheartedly thank Chiranjeevi Garu, UV Vamsi Garu, UV Pramod Garu, and UV Vicky Garu. We are relentlessly working on Game Changer to give the best possible experience to our audience.”

“Two songs have been released till now, and both of them received a bumper response. Up next, we will be releasing the teaser. After the teaser, the other songs will be unveiled. Till the release, fans will have a treat with the promotional material. The movie will exceed all expectations and emerge as a huge blockbuster, living up to Ram Charan’s unparalleled craze after RRR,” stated Dil Raju.
