Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala got engaged on August 8 in a private ceremony held in Hyderabad. The ceremony was attended by their families, including the Akkineni family and Chay's mother Lakshmi Daggubati. Nagarjuna ‘overjoyed’ to welcome Sobhita to the family

Nagarjuna announced the engagement of Chaitanya to Sobhita on his X handle on August 8. He shared a set of two photos and penned a note expressing his happiness. "We are delighted to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya, to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 a.m.!! We are overjoyed to welcome her into our family. Chaitanya, 37, and Sobhita, 32, were rumoured to have been dating since 2022 after they were spotted on a vacation in Europe. Previously, Chaitanya was married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu for four years.
