Nagarjuna starrer Naa Saami Ranga locks OTT platform ahead of release?

Nagarjuna starrer period action drama Naa Saami Ranga is scheduled to hit the theatres on January 14 next year. The film marks the directorial debut of choreographer Vijay Binni. According to reports, the makers of Naa Saami Ranga are currently in discussions about choosing an OTT platform for their movie. 

Where will Na Saami Ranga stream after its theatrical run?  

As per Telugu Cinema, OTT businesses aren't willing to pay a high price for Na Saami Ranga’s streaming rights as Nagarjuna's prior flicks were box office failures. However, the producers are looking for a fair price. 

Nagarjuna has known the Star group for a long time after serving as host on one of their reality shows. Consequently, Hotstar and Star MAA are the frontrunners for the movie’s OTT and Satellite deals. The makers reportedly started discussions with Netflix and Amazon Prime, but they were offering less money.

What do we know about Naa Saami Ranga? 

The musical maestro MM Keeravaani, will compose the music of an Oscar-winning virtuoso Naa Saami Ranga. The film also consists of soul-stirring melodies. The film is an official remake of the 2019 Malayalam language film Porinju Mariam Jose. The story of which is based on the real events that happened during the 1980s and 1990s in Thrissur. 

The makers took to social media to announce the project with a sneak peek of the actor’s look in the film. Nagarjuna is seen in a rugged avatar. He is seen flaunting his style before indulging in an argument with the goons before lighting a beedi. he is introduced as the King.
