Pushpa 2 producers Naveen Yerneni and Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar are busy with the promotions of the film. Starring Allu Arjun and Rashmika Mandanna , the makers held a press meeting on Thursday in Hyderabad, where they were asked if they are confident the film would still make excellent business when fans of the Allu and Kondiela families are divided. To this, the producers dismissed any feud between the two families and said that Pushpa 2 would surpass the records of Pushpa: The Rise.

What did Pushpa 2 producers say about the family feud between Allu Arjun and Pawan Kalyan?

Opening up about the feud, Naveen said there might have been a small incident during the 2024 election, but he is sure that both family's fans will come together to show support for Pushpa: The Rule.  “There might have been small incidents during the elections, but politics apart, I’m sure all their fans will want to watch the film. They’re (the family) all fine with each other," he said. Ravi chipped in and said clearly that there's no rift between the families as the actor did not pick any side during the elections and was in Nandyal to support a friend.

What is the family feud all about?

During the 2024 Andhra Pradesh elections, Allu Arjun went to Nandyal where he met MLA Silpa Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy of YSR Congress Party and stepped out of the balcony with him to meet the fans gathered around the MLA's house. This made Pawan Kalyan's fans believe that Arjun is supporting the YSR Congress Party despite his uncle Pawan Kalyan contenting in the opposition.
