Chiranjeevi stands out as one of the leading stars in the Telugu film industry. The Guinness World Record holder has made a name for himself through his successful projects like Indra, Tagore and many more. With over 150 films to his name, the Tollywood Megastar possesses huge wealth, including luxury cars and properties. According to the latest reports, the Vishwambhara actor has now invested in a new hilltop property in Ooty, Tamil Nadu, expanding his real estate portfolio.
Chiranjeevi acquires new property in Ooty
According to a report by 123Telugu, the megastar has reportedly spent ₹16 crores on a 6-acre plot of land in Ooty, Tamil Nadu, and is finalising all necessary registrations and formalities. This property boasts stunning views and is surrounded by lush tea gardens, making it a popular choice among celebrities and business people.
Additionally, Chiranjeevi's son, Ram Charan, and his wife, Upasana, have already visited the site and shared their thoughts on the design of a luxurious farmhouse planned for the location. Construction of the farmhouse is expected to start soon.
How many properties superstar Chiranjeevi owns?
Chiranjeevi's real estate investments are not new. He resides in a lavish bungalow in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, which covers over 25,000 square feet and is said to be valued at ₹30 crore. His second property in the city is the 'Chiranjeevi Blood Bank' on Road No 1 in Jubilee Hills.
Additionally, he owns a farmhouse near Kempegowda International Airport in Devanahalli, where he enjoys extravagant holidays with his family during festive seasons. On the work front, Chiranjeevi will next feature in Vishwambhara alongside Trisha. Written and directed by Mallidi Vassishta, the big screen spectacle will hit screens on January 10, 2025, ahead of Makar Sankranti . The film will have music by RRR collaborators — composer MM Keeravaani and lyricist Chandrabose.
