Rashmika Mandanna, Vijay Deverakonda to reunite for the third time in Family Star?

Rashmika Mandanan who is in full swing for the promotions of Animal has geared up for her upcoming film with Telugu actor Vijay Deverakonda. Yes, this is true. As per the latest report, Rashmika will be making an appearance in the family entertainer.

Apparently, the popular Telugu actor who had appeared in various Hindi and Tamil films has signed Parasuram's directorial project- Family Star. It all came to the limelight when Mrunal Thakur and Rashmika posted similar Instagram stories. The buzz around it is that the actress is presently shooting for the film in New Delhi. 

Rashmika Mandanna's Instagram stories raises curiosity

On her Instagram story, Rashmika wrote, “Shooting for something special. Tvaralo cheptha (Will inform about it soon).” So, it is quite evident from Mrunal's post, that both are at the same location.

Vijay Deverakonda, who has appeared in films like Arjun Reddy, Liger, Geetha Govindam and Dear Comrade, marks his second collaboration with the director in Family Star. Among many films, Geetha Govindham was the most memorable hit. Rashmika was also a part of this film.  

Family Star features Mrunal Thakur in the lead role. Whether Rashmika is playing a cameo role or she will be sizzling in a song is not known yet. But since the actress has hinted about her presence in Family Star, it has aroused curiosity of the fans. As per reports, the movie is scheduled to release on Sankranthi 2024, but makers haven't confirmed anything yet.

Rashmika-Vijay Devarakonda's films

Rashmika and Vijay, who are also rumoured to be dating, have featured in two films till now – Geetha Govindam (2018) and Dear Comrade (2019). Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna will be next seen in Ranbir Kapoor starrer Animal.

Written-directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, the movie fuses elements typical of both South Indian and Bollywood films.

Releasing on December 1, the film stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, Rashmika Mandanna, Triptii Dimri, Shakti Kapoor, Prem Chopra, and Suresh Oberoi, among others.
