What was the scene in Saindhav that turned out to be a viral meme?

The over 3 minute long trailer of Saindhav featured Venkatesh as a doting father who attempts to save his daughter. The actor's scenes with hyis daughter and Shraddha's onscreen character were shown in stark contrast. The trailer suggested that a man can be both loving and violent. In the trailer, his character shoots into someone's mouth, and the bullet exits through the derriere.

What was the meme and how did Sailesh react to it?

A social media user shared the video and made fun of how instead of exiting from the man's head, the bullet went through his body and out the other end. Sailesh shared the meme, stating that he thought it was funny and that he included the scene because it was "theoretically possible."

Explaining the scene, Sailesh wrote on his X account, "Generally, if you shoot someone in the mouth, the bullet should exit from the back of the head, but if you make the person sit in a specific angle and shove the barrel of the gun enough into the mouth and point the barrel down by about 80 degrees, the bullet now has access to most of your vital organs situated in the torso."

He further added, "Referring to your own diagram, if shot precisely, the bullet will puncture either trachea or oesophagus (depending on the horizontal angle) then the liver, then the pancreas and possibly the heart, then directly slashing through the large and small intestines in a straight line (not the conventional route onion pakodi takes in your digestive tract) before entering the colon and exiting through the bottom hole of the body. Needs a lot of experience to get it that precise but it comes with practice. It’s Saiko’s specific skill set in the film :)) Theoretically possible ani mass moment create chesesa :) But your video was damn funny brother :)."

Meanwhile, Saindhav will hit screens on January 1 and clash with films including Guntur Kaaram, Eagle, Hanu Man, and Naa Saami Ranga.
