Saiyami Kher, Regena Cassandrra Join Sunny Deol In Gopichand Malineni’s 'Biggest Action' Film

On Thursday, Mythri Movie Makers announced that filmmaker Gopichand Malineni and Bollywood superstar Sunny Deol will be collaborating for the "biggest action film of the country." Now, the production house on its official X handle has shared the photos and a video from the muhurat pooja ceremony. Saiyami Kher, who is also part of the cast, has also shared the photos on her social media handle expressing her gratitude to the director for showing faith in her.

Inside SDGM's muhurat ceremony

Taking to X, Mythri Movie Makers shared a video offering highlights from the pooja ceremony. In the video, Sunny can be seen getting a grand welcome. Both Sunny and Gopichand along with the cast and crew can be seen performing the pooja. Sunny was also seen mingling and chatting with the guests at the ceremony. For the occasion, Sunny Deol wore a beige shirt paired with blue jeans, while Saiyami opted for a pink traditional ensemble. "Highlights from the #SDGM pooja ceremony. Shoot begins soon. Get ready for an action extravaganza. MASS FEAST LOADING," read the caption.

Saiyami Kher is enthusiastic to be part of SDGM

Saiyami shared her enthusiasm about the project and said that she is beyond thrilled to be a part of the film, which is tentatively titled SDGM. The actress said, “Working with Sunny Deol, an icon of Indian cinema, is an incredible honour and a dream come true. After Ghoomer, this opportunity is a significant milestone in my career. Have waited to be a part of a proper commercial film," as per a report in IANS. She added: “And I’m glad I have gotten this opportunity. Gopichand Malineni's vision for the film is truly very exciting. I can't wait to start this journey and bring our story to life.” The actress is grateful to the producers for believing in her and giving her a chance to showcase her abilities on such a “grand platform."

She shared a series of photos on her Instagram handle and wrote, "Lights camera action! Time for some serious action. Can’t wait to fight it out alongside, the one and only @iamsunnydeol. Regena Cassandrra, who predominantly works in the South film industry, is also part of the movie. She also shared several photos on her Instagram handle and wrote, "To new beginnings and new adventures! Kickstarting a very exciting project on an auspicious note with more than legendary company."
