Sikkim reports two new COVID-19 cases

Two persons tested positive for COVID-19 in Sikkim on Thursday, an official said.
Both of them are from the South Sikkim district, said Director General-cum-Secretary, Health, Pempa T Bhutia.
At present, 350 COVID-19 patients are undergoing treatment in the state, he said.
While 581 patients have recovered from the disease, one person died, Bhutia added.

The state has so far reported 932 cases of COVID-19.
Most of the cases have been detected in East Sikkim where 621 people tested positive, followed by 268 in the South district, 42 in West and one in the North district, he said.

Sikkim has so far tested 32,421 samples for COVID-19.
