Union Minister Smriti Irani posted a hilarious meme about 'Monday blues' on Instagram and the netizens are having a good laugh.

The meme is of Jethalal from the comedy show Taarak Mehta ka Ooltah Chashmah and it features the character saying, 'Kya tapleek hain apko?'  Irani wrote in her caption, 'When someone reminds you on a Sunday that tomorrow is Monday.'

Putting a funny spin on Monday blues has made it relatable to the people. Instantly, the post went viral and people were quick in reacting to the funny content posted by Irani.

One of the Instagram handles said, "You are so cool, ma'am. We need more politicians like you."

Another said, "Damn! It's really a lovely thing to have a politician who is a member of the Parliament. We need more politicians like you, feels connected."

This is not the first time that Irani has posted a meme regarding a particular day, she has posted before about Monday, writing, 'When you're overjoyed it's Monday,' and meme based on the HBO's Game of Thrones series, that was captioned 'Monday v/s people.' She has also posted about Tuesdays and Wednesdays, writing, "When at work you tell Tuesday 'thoda Wednesday ka bojh uthale.' This meme also went viral as it was made on a funny clip from Hera Pheri.

Irani is well-known for mixing Bollywood and memes time and again on Instagram. Becoming more popular on Instagram every day, she has gained a lot of followers and fans of her sense of humour.

With the 2019 general elections set to begin from April 11, Smriti Irani will once again be taking on Congress president Rahul Gandhi in his Amethi bastion - as she had done in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections when he had narrowly won, by a 4:3 vote margin. This time, however, Rahul Gandhi has hedged his bets and will also contest from Wayanad in Kerala, something Smriti Irani chided him for on Twitter.
