Chandigarh: The Border Security Force (BSF) has seized a drone and a packet of heroin from a field near the India-Pakistan border in Punjab's Amritsar, a spokesperson of the paramilitary force said on Saturday.
The official said that after receiving information, personnel of the Border Security Force and the Punjab Police carried out a search operation on Friday night.
The Border Security Force (BSF) caught smugglers near the border in Punjab. They found a special flying machine (drone) made in China and a package with 557 grams of heroin which is a dangerous drug in a village called Kahangarh. This is a big win against people who try to bring drugs into India illegally.
The packet was wrapped in yellow adhesive tape, with a small LED light attached to it, the spokesperson said.
