New Delhi: Delhi BJP leader Raman Jot Singh allegedly received a threat note from gangster Gogi Mann, according to media reports. Raman Jot Singh is a member of Delhi Gurudwara Committee and BJP State Committee.

The recovered note read, "... koi security kaam nahi aayegi teri (no security will save you), Last Warning. Gogi Maan Group."

News agency ANI, citing police, reported that a call was received from Singh (30) in this regard at Bindapur police station.  

According to police, Singh informed them that he had received an information from the sevadar of the Gurudwara about the threatening note found on his car parked near the Gurudwara in JJ Colony, Pankha Road. 

Police said that previously, he had been provided security, but the PSO was withdrawn after a review. Further, there was no report of any firing. Meanwhile, the CCTVs installed near the Gurudwara were being scanned.

The Delhi Police have launched an investigation into the matter. More details are awaited.
