Delhi Bride Dies While Dancing at Mehndi Ceremony in Uttarakhand's Nainital

Viral Video: A wedding celebration turned into a tragic incident near Bhimtal in Nainital where the bride suddenly died of a heart attack while dancing.

Sanjay Jain, a resident of Delhi, had his heart set on his daughter Shreya Jain's wedding. Shreya Jain, 28, was to be married to a young man from Lucknow. For their destination wedding, both families had gathered at a resort in Nainital. However, during the mehndi ceremony when the bride shreya suddenly collapsed and died of a heart attack while dancing.

The incident took place at a resort near Naukuchiatal in Bhimtal On Saturday evening, during her mehndi ceremony, Shreya was dancing on stage when she suddenly fainted and fell unconscious. Her family members panicked and rushed her to the hospital Bhimtal CHC. Doctors at the hospital tried their best to revive her for over an hour and a half, but she was declared dead. 

Sanjay Jain, shreya’s father, did not want to pursue any legal action, submitted a petition to the Bhimtal police and returned home with his daughter's body.
