Pak Terrorist Trapped in Srinagar as Twin Encounters Underway in J&K

Bandipora: Twin encounters are underway in the Bandipora and Srinagar areas of Jammu and Kashmir, as security forces conducted an intensive search operation following gunfire near an army camp on Friday. According to sources, Pakistani terrorist is trapped in the Srinagar encounter, and the trapped terrorist is responsible for targeted killings in different parts of J&K.
An anti-terror operation has been launched in 30 different locations in the UT. Police said that terrorists opened fire on security personnel during the search operation.
During the operation, forces also recovered weapons and other sensitive materials from the site.

Following the gunfire, security forces launched a search operation to locate the attackers. According to sources, army are actively investigating the situation, and official confirmation is awaited.
This shooting is part of a recent rise in terrorist activity across the Kashmir Valley. Earlier in the day, two migrant workers from Uttar Pradesh were attacked in Budgam district.
