Karnataka: Kolar police arrest man for drawing Islamic symbol on Antara Gange Hills

Kolar Police arrested a man for drawing Islamic symbols on boulders atop Antara Gange hills, which is also a pilgrimage centre.

Kolar Police arrested a man for drawing Islamic symbols on boulders atop Antara Gange hills, which is also a pilgrimage centre. 

The land, owned by the state forest department, was also painted green by the accused. 

On this matter, the forest department lodged a complaint with Kolar rural cops who apprehended Anwar, a resident of Paparajanahalli, Karnataka. The cops are also interrogating the accused as to why had he done this and what was the motive.
