Massive Traffic Jam Hits Noida, DND Flyway Due to VIP Movement | WATCH
Heavy traffic was seen in Noida, with many people complaining about almost no movement on several roads, including the DND flyway.
Noida: A massive traffic jam hit the Delhi-Noida Direct (DND) Flyway around 3 pm on Friday, leaving thousands of vehicles stranded. Long queues of cars stretched for kilometers, indicating the congestion had been building up for hours.
The traffic jam, caused by a VIP movement in the area, left cars and trucks packed tightly like cards, frustrating thousands of commuters.
People took to social media to express their frustration and seek information on the cause of the standstill. Visuals shared by ANI and commuters revealed kilometres-long queues, with vehicles moving at a snail’s pace on the DND flyway.
Noida police commented on one of the posts and said it was due to some VIP movement and the officials are now managing the traffic.
They assured the public that efforts were underway to manage the situation.
