Parliament Security Breach: How the conspiracy was hatched in Gurgaon
The four accused lived at a residence of a person, identified as Lalit Jha. Another person, Vikram Sharma, who also housed two suspects, was detained by police.

The conspiracy to attack the Parliament was hatched at Lalit Jha's residence, our sources have learnt. The Delhi Police are on the lookout for Jha. So, far six people have been detained for the surprise cannister attack inside the Parliament.
According to sources, the four of the six intruders lived at a residence of person, identified as Lalit Jha. Another person's name has also come forward. He has been identified as Vikram Sharma alias Vickey. The police have detained Vickey and his wife Rakhi, who are suspected to house two other accused at their Sector 7 residence in Gurgaon.
All the attackers were in touch with each other through social media for the past three months, revealed our sources. Further, the attackers were in touch with BJP MP Pratap Simha's office for the last three months in a bid to gain their trust. The main motive of the attackers was the protest against unemployment. However, there has not been any official confirmation on this yet.
Two intruders entered the Parliament while four others were present outside. According to parliamentarians, who were present during the attack, the intruders were heard shouting, “Tanasahi nahi chalegi” (No to dictatorship).
