PM Modi Offers Water to Oppn MP Interrupting His Speech in Lok Sabha, Netizens Call It 'Boss Move'

New Delhi: While speaking on Motion of Thanks to the President’s address in the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi was seen in various moods, as he talked about his government’s achievements and schemes while ripping apart the Congress in the Parliament. During his speech, which lasted for around 2 hours and 15 minutes, he made the colleague MPs laugh, applaud him and even a few Opposition’s MPs stage protest against him. In a heart-warming gesture, PM Modi was seen offering a glass of water to the Opposition’s MPs, who were shouting slogans in the Well of the House against the government and heckling his speech.

His nearly 135-minute speech saw continuous slogan-shouting on the Manipur issue and heckling by opposition members. At one point, while addressing the House, the prime minister offered a glass of water to the opposition MPs who were shouting slogans in the Well. One of the opposition MPs even accepted the glass of water offered by PM Modi.

BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawalla sarcastically highlighted the incident, calling Modi a "dictator" who offers water to opposition MPs interrupting his speech. Supporters on social media echoed this sentiment, describing the gesture as "KING BEHAVIOUR" and a "boss move."
