BJP party president Amit Shah has slammed the Congress in the light of the Supreme Court dismissing a batch of petitions seeking a court-monitored probe into the Rafale deal:

On the contrary SC held that govt had no role in selecting offset partners & found no merit in the demand for a probe based on mere perception of individuals. It therefore raises obvious questions on the motive of those working to discredit the deal, which is important for India.

Shah's follow close on the heels of the apex court on Friday delivering a massive setback to the Opposition and Rahul Gandhi in particular over the latter's insistence of there being a scam in the intergovernmental agreement between India and France to purchase 36 Rafale fighter jets in a flyaway condition.

Union MoS Col Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore has also echoed his party president:
