Vote counting for the Ranchi Lok Sabha seat will begin at 8AM. While all 14 seats of Jharkhand will be closely monitored, special attention will be on Ranchi. BJP has fielded the incumbent MP, Sanjay Seth from Ranchi. Mr. Seth will be contesting against Congress' Yashaswini Sahay. Back in 2019, Sanjay Seth contested against Yashaswini's father, Subodh Kant Sahay. Mr. Seth of BJP secured 7,06,828 votes (57.21% vote share) while Mr. Sahay of Congress secured 4,23,802 votes (34.3% vote share).
