Pune-Bound Air India Flight Delays At Delhi Airport, Trouble Mounted With Multiple Gate Changes

New Delhi: Air India passengers at the Delhi Airport on Friday were left confused and troubled after their Pune-bound flight was delayed for over 45 minutes at the IGI Airport. Further to add to their trouble, the boarding gate was changed around 4 times, leaving passengers panicking and running inside the terminal. Notably, Air India Flight AI 853 was to take off at 7 pm from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport was delayed by 45 minutes due to undeclared reasons.

One of the passengers at the airport stated that they kept receiving messages related to the change of boarding gate several times, which led to a panic-like situation among the passengers as there were several senior citizens as well. 

According to the passengers, the airline staff didn't inform them regarding the cause of the delay of the flight. 

The flight, later, took off from the Delhi Airport at around 8 pm for Pune.
