Railway Announces Special Vande Bharat to Operate from Lucknow to Chhapra

New Delhi: In a bid to provide convenience to passengers during the festive season, the Railway Administration on Wednesday announced the operation of a special Vande Bharat train service between Lucknow and Chhapra. This initiative is part of a broader plan to enhance transportation options for travelers in the Northern Railway Lucknow Division.

The details of which are as follows: 

The special Vande Bharat Express (Train No. 02270/02269) will run on specific dates throughout October and November. 

From Lucknow, the train will depart on October 25, 26, 27, 28, 30, and 31, as well as November 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8. Similarly, it will return from Chhapra on the same dates.

Each journey will consist of eight AC Chair Car coaches, providing comfortable seating for passengers.

The train will leave Lucknow at 2:15 PM and arrive in Chhapra at 11:30 PM. Along the route, it will make stops at several key stations, including Sultanpur Junction, Varanasi Junction, Ghazipur City, Baliya, and Suremanpur.
