In a significant administrative shake-up, the Rajasthan government has transferred 183 Rajasthan Administrative Service (RAS) officers, as announced on Monday by the Department of Personnel. This move marks the third transfer list issued in the past 24 hours, following similar reshuffles involving IAS and IPS officers.

Key Appointments

Among the notable changes, Jaswant Singh, previously joint secretary in the Chief Minister's office, has been appointed as the additional divisional commissioner in Bikaner. Other significant appointments include Rajesh Singh, designated as the executive director of the Rajasthan Tourism Development Corporation, and Vivek Kumar, who will serve as the additional inspector general of registration and stamping in Jaipur. Suresh Kumar Nawal has been appointed as the revenue appeal officer in Jaipur, while Sunil Bhati takes on the role of additional commissioner for college education in Jaipur.

Further Transfers

Pradeep Singh Sangwan is now the additional commissioner for planning and policy in the Excise Department, Jaipur. Virendra Singh has been designated as the managing director for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe finance. Kumari Sunita Chaudhary will serve as the chief executive officer of the district council, and Rachna Bhatia has been appointed as the registrar of Bikaner Technical University. Deepti Sharma will take on the responsibilities of additional divisional commissioner for Ajmer, while Munni Meena has been assigned as the joint secretary of the Education Department.

Registrar Changes at Six Universities in Rajasthan

In the latest reshuffle of RAS officers, six registrars at various universities in Rajasthan have been transferred. This decision is part of a larger administrative reorganization aimed at enhancing efficiency within educational institutions.

New Registrars Appointed

Shweta Yadav has been appointed as the registrar of Shekhawati University in Sikar, while Santosh Kumar Goyal will take on the role of registrar at Agricultural University in Jodhpur. Haritima is now the registrar of Jyanarayan Vyas University in Jodhpur. Seema Sharma Pratham has been designated as the registrar of Rajasthan Sanskrit University in Jaipur, and Rachna Bhatia continues her role as the registrar of Bikaner Technical University, now confirmed in this new capacity.

Other officials receiving new assignments include Neelima Takshak as the director of the Department of Mudra and Writing Materials, and Rakesh Kumar Gupta as the additional district collector in Kuchaman City. Meghraj Singh Meena has been appointed as an additional director, while Shivcharan Meena will serve as the chief executive officer of the district council. Sunita Pankaj has been made the secretary of the Sangeet Natak Akademi.

Moreover, Omprakash Mehra will serve as additional district collector in Bhilwara, Ram Avtar Gurjar has been assigned as deputy inspector general of registration and printing in Ajmer, and Mukesh Kumar has been designated as additional district collector. Suman Pawar will take on the role of additional district collector in Jaipur (fourth), and Lokesh Kumar Meena will serve as the additional district collector in Barmer.
