Kaimur: A massive blaze on Sunday night spread inside the Mohania police station campus in Bihar’s Kaimur district leading to a chaotic situation at the site. According to the police, the fire, which broke out on Sunday night, rapidly spread inside the campus and engulfed the entire parking area, where seized two-wheelers were kept.
On information, several fire tenders rushed to the spot and efforts were initiated to douse the fire. As per the police, no casualty or injury has been reported so far in the incident, however several seized bikes parked in the area were gutted into fire.
It is being said that the fire was brought under control and a cooling process was underway at the spot by the fire department personnel.
On the fire incident, Fire Officer Kundan Kumar said, "We received information of a fire. The fire is under control.” The police are trying to ascertain the exact cause of the fire.
“The fire broke out on the campus of the Mohania police station and several bikes that were seized in different cases have gutted into fire. The reason for the fire is yet to be determined,” the fire official said.
