Water scarcity is the biggest problem in Delhi right now, as millions of people are waiting to get enough water to complete their daily chores. But now a viral video from Greater Noida is showing a similar problem in the city.

The video shows a queue of people with buckets in their hands in front of a water tanker to get their share of water. The video unfolds at Panchsheel Hynish Society in Greater Noida West, where 1400 families live and are forced to carry water in a bucket.

Check out the viral video:

The video was shared on X by page, which puts up news related to the Greater Noida West area, and in the caption, they wrote, “This picture is not from Latur in Maharashtra, but from Panchsheel Hynish Society in Greater Noida West, where 1400 families are forced to carry water in buckets to several floors.”

The video has gotten approximately 10,000 views and 200 likes.

This was not the first time we have seen people holding buckets in a line to get water; these scenes are nowadays common in Delhi, as the national capital has been going through a water crisis for over a month now. And the AAP government didn’t have any answers for the public. Instead of solving the problem, the Delhi Minister began a hunger strike while demanding water from the neighboring states.

On one side, the bench of justices Prashant Kumar Mishra and Prasanna B Varale has warned the AAP government that if they don’t do anything, then the court will ask the Delhi police to take action against the tanker mafia. And on the other side, netizens are bashing Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, as he earlier said that he would make Delhi a world-class city.
