YouTuber Couple Found Dead at Their Residence in Kerala; Suicide Suspected

Thiruvananthapuram: A couple who ran a YouTube channel was found dead at their home in Kerala 's Parassala town on Sunday. Police suspect the incident may be a case of death by suicide. The happening came to light after their neighbors alerted authorities who noticed the couple's unusual absence from their daily routines.

According to the Parassala police, 45-year-old Selvaraj was discovered hanging, while his 40-year-old wife, Priya, was found on the bed. 

The initial investigation indicated that the deaths probably occurred two days prior to their discovery.

The police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the case. 

The couple, known for their YouTube channel 'Sellu Family,' had around 18,000 subscribers and had uploaded over 1,400 videos. 

Their last post, a 55-second compilation of family photos, was uploaded on Friday night, just a day before the tragic event.

The couple's channel focused on family life and had gained a considerable following over the years.
