Inspired by Rabindranath Tagore’s words, “Where the mind is without fear, and the head is held high,” the HHH Foundation is committed to eradicating poverty by creating pathways to dignity.

One of the cornerstones of this initiative is its focus on empowering women from rural and marginalized communities through entrepreneurship and skills training. The initiative, aptly named Antarprerana, aims to unlock women's potential by building their confidence and introducing them to sustainable livelihood options. This women-centric approach creates a transformative ripple effect, fostering economic independence and community resilience.

 

The Roadmap to Transformation

As part of this collaboration, Dexian and HHH have organized workshops, field visits, and engagement activities to allow participants to contribute to social projects. These initiatives aimed to provide Dexian employees firsthand insight into NGO operations and their societal impact. The outbound workshop on July 20, 2024, at the Heartfulness Meditation Centre in Chennai, marked the start of this journey.

Additionally, we are dedicated to preparing the next generation for success by integrating career counselling, social-emotional learning, and 21st-century skills into our workforce readiness programs. Through leadership development, skilling, and economic safety net guidance, we aim to drive systemic poverty reduction efforts and build resilient communities across India. Dexian employees are spending considerable time on this social cause beyond their working hours to make an impact in society.
