Alternative milks have been widely accessible, including cashew, soy, and almond varieties. However, it seems like the plant-based milk market took off overnight, and there are now more options available than ever before. While there is a wide range of nutritional benefits to choose from among the various plant milks, one thing is clear. Plant milks are not made equally.

Examine the label, as certain products may have additional ingredients, sugar, salt, or oils. Additionally, you may find that some of the more recent milks are better options than others if you have a certain dietary requirement. The available options are as follows:

Almond milk

Compared to cow's milk, almond milk has more unsaturated fat. The healthy fats in almond milk may help with weight loss and maintenance. Almond milk is low in calories and high in protein, therefore it might not be suitable for everyone, especially little children.
