World Culinary Awards: This Jaipur Fine-Dining Joint Is India's Best

In a celebration of culinary excellence, Suvarna Mahal at the Rambagh Palace in Jaipur has been crowned the Best Hotel Restaurant in India for 2024 at the prestigious World Culinary Awards. This historic fine-dining destination triumphed over notable competitors, including Avartana at ITC Grand Chola in Chennai and Baan Thai at the Oberoi Grand in Kolkata, capturing the admiration of both the public and culinary experts.

The World Culinary Awards, now in their fifth year, took place in Dubai and aim to recognize the finest chefs, restaurants, and culinary experiences globally. In a prior edition, Mumbai’s Ziya at The Oberoi received the accolade for Best Hotel Restaurant, making this year’s recognition for Suvarna Mahal a significant achievement.

Nestled within the former palace ballroom of the Rambagh Palace—once the residence of Jaipur's Maharaja—Suvarna Mahal embodies opulence.
