1. Chicken Kaari and steamed rice

Chicken Kaari was traditionally served with mutton during the '90s, but over the years has been considered to taste better with chicken. Do not misinterpret chicken Kaari as 'chicken curry'. 2. Kheema Pudla

Kheema, also called minced meat, is a very famous Muslim dish. It is cooked with different spices that add to its flavour. It is tempered with ghee, coriander leaves and potato crispies. What gives this dish a unique Bohris flavour is that it is served with an egg. The Kheema is nicely spread on scrambled egg and relished with bread or paav. 3. Dal Chawal Palida

Dal Chawal Palida (Lentil rice served with curry) is the most frequently prepared dish in a Bohri house. Be it a special occasion or a gathering, this dish is all time proved to be scrumptious. Dal Chawal Palida marks to be an extremely unique dish as it is only prepared by Bohris. It tops the Bohri food chart as it is light, easy to digest and also very delicious. 4. Mughlai delicacies
