IRCTC Tourism Offers Train Tour Package to Varanasi, Bodh/ Gaya and Allahabad from INR 8,965/-onwards. The Booking Details Are Mentioned Below.


IRCTC or the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited, which operates under the Ministry of Railways, was started on the 27th of September 1999. Through this special arm, the Indian Railways has been, for some time now, making significant contributions in the passenger related service sector.


IRCTC (Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation) the tourism arm of the Indian Railways is offering a package to visit Varanasi, Bodh Gaya, and Allahabad. According to the Indian Railways official website www.irctc.com, the tour package starts from INR 8,965/- and can be booked on every Wednesday.

Cancellation Policy for IRCTC

According to the IRCTC website, the cancellation policy is as follows-

 

  • Log in to your account on the IRCTC portal www.irctctoursim.com 
  • Select the TCN or the Tour Confirmation Number for the ticket you wish to cancel
  • Proceed to cancel your ticket from the online booking history

The cancellation rules for Rail Tour Packages and Land (holiday) are as follows-

Note- The cancellation of tickets is only possible on the IRCTC website and not from PRS counters.


Please note that occupancy conversion charges are applicable in case there is a partial cancellation.
In case of cancellation of the counter bookings, a copy of the Pan Card is required of the guest in whose name the refund is being claimed.


Tourists are required to strictly adhere to the timings mentioned in the itinerary. In case there is a situation of trains running late, due to which one or more services from the itinerary are missed, IRCTC will not be liable. If a guest misses the bus that has been arranged by the IRCTC, they are required to reach the next spot of the itinerary at their own expense. IRCTC is not liable for loss or theft of luggage or belongings.
