Bhutani Infra all retail units sold out in new Noida project

Luxury real estate developer Bhutani Infra announced the complete sell-out of all retail spaces in its latest project, Avenue 133, a mall in Noida Sector 133. The sales, accomplished within an impressive 12 hours of the project's launch, generated over Rs 1,000 crore for Bhutani Infra, with prices ranging from Rs 24,000 sq ft to Rs 40,000 sq ft, according to industry sources.

The second phase of Avenue 133 is slated for sale next year, and the realty group anticipates revenue exceeding Rs 1,500 crore from this phase. Bhutani Infra's spokesperson highlighted the project's swift sales, stating, "Avenue 133 is one of the fastest-selling assets. Our last record stood at three weeks. This time it has been less than 12 hours." However, specific details about the units sold or revenue earned were not disclosed.

Bhutani said that the rapid pace of sales is not surprising for Noida, which has become a focal point in the real estate industry. He noted that Avenue 133 addresses a significant need for a major commercial project in an area with numerous residential developments.

Situated along the Noida-Greater Noida Expressway, Avenue 133 offers a diverse range of retail shops, wellness centres, office spaces, and a vibrant food court. Aspiring to be the longest high street commercial project in Delhi-NCR, it aims to provide a modern retail experience and a thriving commercial hub. Bhutani Infra emphasized that the quick sell-out from the launch underscores the trust and confidence buyers and investors have in the developer's commitment to quality, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
