Anadolu Efes sweep past Panathinaikos 85-65 in EuroLeague

Anadolu Efes remain within the top three of the EuroLeague table with a routine 85-65 win over Panathinaikos in Istanbul on Thursday.

The hosts never looked unsettled, leading by three points at the end of the first quarter and 10 at the main break.

Solid shooting from Shane Larkin and Rodrigue Beaubois, both scoring 13, helped the hosts to victory. Vasilije Micic lead all scorers with 21 points, while Bryant Dunston added 15.
