Losses to Scotland and Wales mean that Eddie Jones's team are unable to defend their Six Nations crown but they can still have an impact of France's title aspirations.
A Covid outbreak in Fabien Galthie's team prevented the tournament favourites from facing Scotland in last month's third round of matches but they travel to Twickenham after wins over Italy and Ireland as they aim for their first Six Nations crown since 2010.
In their last meeting, England beat a weakened France 22-19 at Twickenham to claim the inaugral Autumn Nations Cup in December.
