Jadon Sancho could be on his way back to Borussia Dortmund

Sancho, who joined United from Borussia Dortmund in July 2021 for a reputed cost of €85 million, has struggled to find his feet at Old Trafford. In 82 games, the winger has only managed 18 goal contributions (12 goals and six assists). Aside from his on-field challenges, Sancho has had his fair share of off-field squabbles and personal issues. A fight with Erik ten Hag over alleged bad training performances in September 2023 hasn't helped matters.

Sancho was suspended from the Manchester United team for an extended period of time and has not appeared in United colours since.

Sancho has only played 76 minutes of Premier League football this season. Given his current predicament, a loan back to Borussia Dortmund, where he dominated with 50 goals and 64 assists in 137 appearances in all competitions, could be the ideal decision for him.
