During any Kabaddi match, a raider has to take a deep breath and say ‘Kabaddi-Kabaddi’ before attempting a 30-second raid. The raider should tag and touch any member of the opposition team and have to come back to his end. If the raider's breath breaks without touching any opponent member, he or she will be automatically considered out and the point will go to the opposition team. However, the raider can break his breath after touching a defender, though, if he fails to return to his end, he will be considered out.
