India's Day 5 at Paralympics: Medal Match-Filled Day for India Stars as Sheetal Devi Aims for Glory

India has pulled off a dominant presence in the 2024 Paralympics as they aim to go past their performance in the Tokyo Games. The Indian contingent has been stronger than ever after they secured four medals in one day, the fourth day was also a big one after India secured three medals to surpass the Olympic medal count (6). India's Day 5 at the Paris Paralympics: Superstar Sheetal Devi in action, Multiple Medal Events in place for India

India's Athletics team will be up in action as athletes like Yogesh Kathuniya (Discus Throw), Sumit Antil, Sandip Sanjay Sargar, Sandeep (Men's Javelin) and Kanchan Lakhani (Discus Throw) will be competing in the final. A lot of hope will be in javelin, as defending Champion Sumit Antil will be aiming to defend his crown. Superstar para-archer Sheetal Devi, who has been the contingent's most popular star, will aim for glory as she will take part in the Mixed Team Compound Open Quarterfinal, with one win assuring a semifinal match on the same day.
