India’s Neeraj Chopra and Kishore Jena are set to compete in the men’s javelin throw event at the Paris 2024 Olympics, which will take place at the Stade de France starting Tuesday.

Neeraj Chopra, the reigning Olympic and world champion, has been a dominant force in the sport. At the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, the 26-year-old made history by winning the gold medal in men’s javelin throw, becoming the first Indian athlete to secure a medal in an athletics event at the Olympics.

To advance to the final, athletes must meet the Qualification Standard of 84 meters or be among the top 12 throwers. For those eager to watch Neeraj Chopra and Kishore Jena in action, the event will be available for live streaming and telecast in India.

When will Neeraj Chopra be in action in men's javelin throw event at Paris Olympics 2024? 

In the qualification round, India’s other javelin thrower, Kishore Jena, is in Group A and will begin his attempt at 1:50 PM. Neeraj Chopra, competing in Group B, will start his qualification round at 3:20 PM.
