WWE Raw Results: Seth Rollins set to face two time WWE champion at Crown Jewel

After the culmination of WWE Fastlane, it is time for the weekly shows to again take over. WWE Raw always turns out to be the first one in the queue, and in this edition, a decent card was on display. In the main event, the new undisputed Tag Team Champions put their titles on the line on the first day of being champions.

Kickoff

WWE World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins, kicked things off. He thanked the fans for their undying support. To break the emotional rollercoaster, Drew McIntyre appeared and proposed a match-up to Rollins for the title at Crown Jewel. After submitting his application, McIntyre left the ring. Then came Damien Priest in the mix- opening segment and no Judgment Day, that's impossible right? Priest attacked the Visionary from behind and called the other members of the faction to bring the Money in the Bank contract. Before a cash-in could take place, McIntyre made his way back into the mainstream and grabbed the MITB briefcase from Dominik. This gave Rollins time to recover and to send the Archer of Infamy out of the ring.

While this was the opening segment the fight action began later, which saw Jey Uso and Cody Rhodes putting their titles on the line against Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens.

WWE Raw Results

• Ivar vs. Kofi Kingston (Viking Rules Match): Result- After a moonsalt, Ivar secured the win via pinfall.
• Nia Jax vs. Raquel Rodriguez: Result- The match did not see a clean result as Rhea Ripley intervened and attacked Nia Jax.
• Ricochet vs. Bronson Reed vs. Chad Gable: Result- Bronson Reed's push continues. He got the win after landing a Tsunami on Ricochet.
• Drew McIntyre vs. JD McDonagh: Result- It turned into a squash match as McIntyre picked a quick victory over McDonagh.
• Becky Lynch vs. Tegan Nox (NXT Women's Title): Becky Lynch prevailed over Tegan Nox and retained the NXT Women's title
• Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso vs. Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens: In the main event, Rhodes and Uso picked up a clean victory over the former tag champs Zayn and Owens. The show closed with a show of respect between the teams.
