Apple faces 4% YoY dip in China Singles Day sales
While Apple is showing improvement compared to the previous month, there are still supply-related challenges affecting its performance.

Market research firm Counterpoint Research expects a 4 per cent year-over-year decline in Apple's unit sales during China's Singles Day sales event, which occurred between October 30 and November 12. In contrast, Huawei witnessed a 66 per cent YoY increase in festival smartphone sell-through, and Xiaomi experienced a 28 per cent YoY growth.
Analysts at Counterpoint noted that while Apple is showing improvement compared to the previous month, there are still supply-related challenges affecting its performance.

The overall smartphone sales in China during the shopping event saw a 5 per cent YoY increase, according to the report. JD.com reported that the transaction volume value of Apple products exceeded 10 billion yuan on its platform during the Singles Day event.
